When proper application review and installation have been performed, FilterSense products will rarely present any major problems. Should a device need to be returned for inspection, calibration, repair or upgrade an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number will be required. A minimum charge will apply to all non warranty returns.

Before obtaining an RMA number it is always recommended to review any possible issue with the factory to avoid an unnecessary return. If you have concluded a return for checkout, upgrade or calibration is necessary or it is simply  your preference, you may:

  • call our main number 978-927-4304 to obtain an RMA or

  • submit a description of the issue using our contact page and an email will be returned to you with an RMA number and shipping instructions.

When calling the factory or emailing us, please try to first obtain the product serial number and or your original purchase order number, as well as a good description of the situation.

After receipt of your item you will be contacted with a preliminary report and estimate of further charges or warranty coverage. Returns are normally processed within 5-10 business days. Expedited service is available when required.
